Since about late October, throughout November, many of my fellow sisters in Christ have been hearing the call for deeper worship. Moreso, that 2025, as the children of our Most High God, we're all called to deeper worship in YWHW and unto YWHW.
Deep calls out to deep. 🌊
Earlier in 2024, the call was to intently seek the Lord through prayer, to once again make prayer the priority it has always been. And this call still remains. Yet, with prayer, worship usually is the result of this. Or at least supposed to be.
Because, God's Word says, 'for where your treasure is, there your heart will also be.' Luke 12:34.
Surely, what we treasure becomes our worship. Each one of us worship something. Worship is part of who we are. We are created to worship.
If it's not Jesus Christ, Who, has your worship, something or someone else has it.I have come to believe, that when something is truly heard from YWHW's heart, then many other true believers in Jesus Christ, will speak the same message. And that is no matter, age, denomination, culture, and relationship to one another, whether there is a connection between certain peoples or not, Holy Spirit is consistent.
One body, One Word, many parts, many languages, same Spirit.
Yet, a time is coming and has come when the true worshippers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks. God is Spirit, and his worshippers must worship in Spirit and in truth. John 4:23-24
Worship is God's. It belongs to Him. We have been created by Him for Him. We owe our every breath to Him. And Him alone. He is Worthy. It is time, we acknowledge this. Let's remember that worship is part of our eternal being. When we get to heaven, we will come face to face with continual worship unto God. Read Revelation 4.
So, if we are to worship then, why not start now. It is time become undignified before the Lord, read 2 Samuel 6: 14-23.
Dance and sing praises unto Him. Whether your dance moves aren't that great, and your voice cannot hold a tune, still, Jesus wants it all. 🙌
Worshipping God is not about how you feel, you got to break through all that, and praise Him just as you are able to, authentically.
I will become more undignified than this, and I will be humiliated in my own eyes. But by these slave girls you spoke of, I will be held in honour.' 2 Samuel 6:22.
Psalm 100, details giving grateful praise unto God, have a read and let allow God to move you, into giving Him thanks. There is no amount of thanks we can give God, that will ever be enough, and so we will just keep giving Him honour, glory and praise as we journey on into eternity.
I will leave us with this short prayer and a beautiful part of scripture as reminder of what awaits us in our eternity with Jesus Christ.
Dear heavenly Father, YWHW, God Almighty,
thank You, for Your faithful love toward us. There is nothing i can do, to earn Your love, nor nothing i have done to deserve Your love, yet Your love is ever-present! And for this, i thank You plenty. Please forgive me for where i failed to worship You, only and decided to worship people, things, myself and my feelings. i pray that You, Holy Spirit will clean out my heart of all things that are not pleasing to You, reveal to me and please help me remove all things and people that i have placed before You. May i become undignified as bring i You all praises and glory. May i be so unashamed of worshiping You that others yearn to give You, Your praise as You are due. i pray that my whole life is living testimony of Who You are YWHW! In Jesus Mighty Name, amen!
Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders. In a loud voice they were saying:
'Worthy is the Lamb, Who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and praise!'
Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying:
'To Him Who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honour and glory and power, for ever and ever!'
The four living creatures said, 'Amen', and the fell down and worshipped.
