Sometimes, most times, we only really learn when we stay quiet and actually listen.

Today, I was reminded of how powerful it is to be silent.

The Word of God our Father, says we should aspire to lead a quiet life and that means mind your own business; keeping your business together and to yourself. (Thessalonians)

This is contrary to the world which would rather have you post every thing. The world wants you to be loud about your life and loud about your journey as you trust in Jesus even. Look, I am not saying that sharing your journey with Christ in social platform is wrong, but rather friend, use discernment.

Some relevations are not for everyone, sometimes God only wants you to know it.

Some of your selfies doesn’t need to be posted, I don’t think any actually.

I used to be this person but I realised that I was playing into an insecurity and I rather wanted to be delivered from that.

And deliverance, friend, is not once-off, its a journey within the journey with Christ.

The point of this post today, was to remind you to be quiet. To be still when you want to complain. To be still when you feel the need to worry. To be still when you excited about a milestone. To be still and know that He is God! 🙌 #hallejuah

There are going to be some things God would love for you to share, allow Him to say if so.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You that I can be still in You, and find refuge in You. Thank You, that You keep me safe in Your loving arms when life gets a bit stressful and overwhelming. I know that in You, I find rest and in Your stillness there is comfort.

Help me, to always seek to be still and lead a quiet life as You have purposed for me, may I always know by You Holy Spirit when to speak and when not to. Thank You that You are, so faithfully and lovingly You Father.

In Jesus Name, amen.

-Jesus is the dream.
